Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll take care of it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
